Discovery Nearing Launch Pad

Space shuttle Discovery has reached the halfway point on its move from NASA Kennedy Space Center's Vehicle Assembly Building to Launch Pad 39A.

The move began at 7:58 p.m. EST and will take approximately seven hours.
