What is #Author411?

#Author411 is a hashtag used on Twitter by Hi Tech Criminal Justice to identify tweets about relatively unknown authors and their work. Anyone who writes knows how difficult it is to get noticed; and, everyone who reads knows about the gems you can find among the small presses and struggling authors.
