The Hacktivist's Plan -Will it Work?

Technology Today’s Host Ajay Gupta discusses the famed Hacktivist group Anonymous and what governments and the business they work with can and should do to prevent future cyber attacks on July 14th Show As you may know, consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton is the latest victim of the famed Hacktivist group Anonymous and it appears this compromise and resulting release of email user names and password, along with additional potentially sensitive information, is a part of their plan of attack against governments and the institutions that support and work with the government.

This week on Technology Today, we look into what may be going on here and how businesses and governments can and should address the situation. We also ask the audience to call in and share their thoughts on not only Anonymous, but the overall role of these decentralized groups in the growth and maturation of the Internet and the impact they may have on our digital way of life.
