DHS S&T Licenses Groundbreaking Communications Technology

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate announced it has licensed the Radio Internet-Protocol Communications Module to two commercial partners: Christine Wireless, Inc. and Avtec, Inc.
