National Institute of Justice Announces Changes to the Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grants Program Solicitation

NIJ has made significant changes to both the open, fiscal year 2018 formula and competitive solicitations for the Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grants Program.
