The virtual conference will consist of:

Next Generation Laser Diode Pump Sources for Directed Energy
An overview of advancements in diode pump sources to reduce SWaP-C and increase power and brightness for directed energy laser technologies, from fiber, solid state, and diode pumped alkali lasers.

VCSEL Development for Lidar
How VCSELs compare to EELD for lidar applications, and considerations to minimize parasitic inductance and improve Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) and brightness in lidar where short pulses and high peak power are required.

Thermal Imagers for Security and Surveillance
A look at the current needs and trends in security and surveillance and changes in thermal imaging technology.

Open Forum, Private Briefings, and Job Fair
Immediately following each webinar, attendees are invited to join a daily open forum to discuss topics such as supply chain best practices, developments in driverless delivery, and changes in homeland security. 1:1 meetings are available for registrants to discuss their laser design challenges with a Leonardo expert.
